Rolling Conversations: from HAF into every RollaDome club

Rolling Conversations is funded by Ealing Council and delivered by RollaDome with young people from our Degrees of Opportunity programme. It is a practical, youth-informed approach to reducing mental-health stigma: short, informal wellbeing conversations are woven into activities children already enjoy, making it easier to talk, listen and ask for help.

At HAFYouth Champions use supervised prompts during skating, creative activities, games, lunch, calm time and reflection across the 12 days.
Across our clubsThe approach is integrated into regular RollaDome sessions through check-ins, trusted-adult messages, creative prompts and supportive language throughout the year.
For familiesApproved messages and voluntary conversations help parents and carers continue age-appropriate wellbeing discussions at home.
For EalingAnonymous themes and learning show what young people value, where stigma persists and how community activities can strengthen early support.
