RollaDomeHAF Camp 2026

Quality, eligibility & inclusion

Free places, fair access and support that starts before day one

Plain-English guidance for families, alongside the standards and safeguards that underpin RollaDome’s Ealing HAF delivery.

Who can book a funded place?

Ealing HAF eligibility

The funded HAF programme is primarily for children and young people who meet all three conditions below.

1

Benefits-related free school meals

The child is eligible for benefits-related free school meals. Receiving Universal Credit may support FSM eligibility, but Universal Credit alone does not automatically confirm a HAF place; Ealing’s eligibility check is authoritative.

2

Ealing connection

The child lives in the London Borough of Ealing or attends an Ealing school.

3

School year

The child is in Reception to Year 11. RollaDome’s Summer 2026 camp offer is for ages 6–16.

Not listed as eligible?

A school-age child who does not meet the standard criteria but would benefit may be considered through Ealing’s HAF Access Request Pathway. A professional working directly with the family must submit the request; approval is not automatic.

SEND and additional needs

Support is planned with the child, not around them

Families are encouraged to tell us about communication, sensory, mobility, medical, emotional-regulation or personal-care needs as early as possible. A diagnosis is not required to ask for a reasonable adjustment.

RollaDome All About Me Support Passport

Our support pathway

  1. Listen early: families share strengths, interests, needs and successful strategies.
  2. Plan safely: the lead team considers adjustments, staffing and the child’s safe participation.
  3. Welcome consistently: visual plans, quiet arrival, demonstrations, small groups, movement breaks, calm space or adapted activities are available where helpful.
  4. Review together: staff check in with the child and family and adapt support when needs change.

Every child can ask for help, a break, an adjustment or another safe way to participate.

Food, safety and accountability

Quality you can see

School Food Standards

At least one meal is provided daily. Food and snacks are planned against the School Food Standards, with water, fruit and vegetables, starchy foods, protein and suitable dairy or alternatives, while limiting foods high in fat, sugar and salt.

Allergy and food safety

Booking information is checked before attendance. Ingredient and allergen information, special-diet identification, staff food-safety responsibilities, cleaning and temperature controls form part of delivery.

RollaDome Food Hygiene Rating: 4

RollaDome All Skate @ Dormers Wells holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 4 — “Good”. This reflects RollaDome’s own food-handling and food-safety arrangements and is separate from the programme caterer’s inspection record.

Safeguarding

Named DSL leadership, safe recruitment, clear reporting routes, attendance follow-up, controlled collection, first-aid arrangements and privacy-conscious incident management protect children throughout the day.

Continuous improvement

Attendance, feedback, incidents, compliments, concerns, child voice and family experience are reviewed. The Achievement Passport recognises progress without turning participation into a test.
